Some seasons of life require more than a single session. This is for the ones in the middle of something a shift, a becoming, a chapter that’s asking more of you than you expected. The Soul Journey is a three session arc designed to move you through release, clarity, and integration. Each session builds on the last. We don’t start over every time we go deeper. Between sessions you’ll receive reflection prompts to work through on your own, so the work continues even when we’re not together. When we return, we pick up from what surfaced. Session one is about release creating space by letting go of what’s in the way. Session two is about clarity looking clearly at what’s underneath and what wants to emerge. Session three is about integration anchoring what you’ve uncovered and moving forward with it. This is not crisis support. This is conscious, supported growth for someone who is ready to do the work and wants a guide for the journey. 3X 90 minute sessions Voxer access between sessions. 24 HR response Prompts and reflections between sessions
Cancellation Policy
By booking, you agree to the following: • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable. • No-shows and missed appointments are non-refundable. • Ongoing containers and advisory partnerships are non-refundable due to the time and availability reserved for each client. • If an emergency arises, please reach out as soon as possible and accommodations may be considered at my discretion.
