LIVING INNSAEI — CLIENT POLICIES & AGREEMENT
By booking a session, program, container, or service with Living Innsaei, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Appointments & Scheduling
Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions at the agreed-upon time.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.
Missed appointments, late cancellations, or repeated rescheduling requests may result in forfeiture of that session at the discretion of Living Innsaei. Exceptions may be made for emergencies and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
For multi-session containers and programs, sessions are intended to be used within the timeframe of the container unless otherwise agreed upon.
Coaching & Personal Responsibility
Coaching is a collaborative process designed to support personal growth, self-discovery, clarity, accountability, and transformation.
Clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, results, and outcomes throughout the coaching relationship.
While guidance, reflection, intuitive insight, and support may be provided, clients are encouraged to use their own discernment when making personal, professional, financial, medical, legal, or relationship decisions.
No Guarantees
Every service is designed to support meaningful growth, clarity, and transformation. However, individual experiences and results will vary.
Living Innsaei does not guarantee specific outcomes, financial results, relationship outcomes, healing outcomes, business success, or personal transformation.
The effectiveness of any service depends on many factors, including the client’s participation, commitment, willingness, circumstances, and implementation.
Wellness & Energy-Based Services
Energy healing, intuitive guidance, spiritual practices, and wellness-based services are complementary in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.
These services are not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or other licensed professional services.
Voxer & Between-Session Support
For containers that include Voxer or between-session support, communication is intended for ongoing reflection, integration, and support between sessions.
Response times will follow the timeframe outlined within the specific offering.
Voxer support is not intended for emergency communication, crisis support, or real-time coaching throughout the day.
Payments & Refunds
Due to the time, preparation, reserved availability, and nature of coaching services, all purchases are considered final.
Refunds are not provided once payment has been made.
Extraordinary circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Living Innsaei.
Clients participating in payment plans remain responsible for completing all agreed-upon payments.
Mental Health & Crisis Support
Living Innsaei does not provide crisis intervention, emergency mental health services, psychiatric care, or medical treatment.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require immediate support, please contact a qualified healthcare professional or emergency services in your area.
Confidentiality
Client information and session content will be treated with respect and confidentiality except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
Agreement
By booking, purchasing, applying for, or participating in any service offered through Living Innsaei, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
