This advisory partnership provides a dedicated space to think through decisions, evaluate opportunities, troubleshoot challenges, and receive honest feedback as your business evolves. Before we begin, you’ll complete a comprehensive business review so I can better understand your business, goals, current priorities, and the challenges you’re navigating. Foundation and Review Our first month focuses on establishing a clear understanding of your business landscape, identifying priorities, and creating strategic direction for the work ahead. Implementation & Refinement • Current business structure and offers • Revenue and growth goals • Marketing and visibility efforts • Existing challenges and bottlenecks • Opportunities for expansion and improvement • Strategic priorities moving forward Each month includes: • Two 60-minute private advisory sessions • Voxer support between sessions • Strategic guidance and decision support • Offer and messaging refinement • Business problem-solving • Accountability and implementation support • Feedback on opportunities, ideas, and initiatives Our conversations are shaped by what is most relevant to your business in real time. Some sessions may focus on growth strategy, while others may focus on decision-making, visibility, leadership, client experience, offers, or navigating challenges as they arise. You’ll have access to Voxer support between sessions for questions, feedback, and strategic guidance. Response time is within 24 business hours. Investment $767/month Two-month minimum commitment
Cancellation Policy
By booking, you agree to the following: • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable. • No-shows and missed appointments are non-refundable. • Ongoing containers and advisory partnerships are non-refundable due to the time and availability reserved for each client. • If an emergency arises, please reach out as soon as possible and accommodations may be considered at my discretion.
