I’ve always been someone who sees beneath the surface in people, in energy, and in the stories we carry about ourselves.
I love being a mirror from the outside in, helping you recognize what you can’t yet see in yourself, your path, or what you’re creating.
You experience life from the inside out.
Together, we bridge the gap between inner knowing and embodied action.
Whether you’re healing, becoming, creating, building a business or navigating a season of change, this work meets you exactly where you are.
Through intuitive guidance, transformational coaching, and thoughtfully curated crystals and tools, Living Innsaei exists to supports both your inner journey and the life you’re here to build.

What it means to Live Innsaei
Living Innsaei is the practice of seeing yourself clearly enough to trust your own knowing.
The Icelandic word Innsaei translates loosely to "The sea within," "to see from the inside out," and "to see within" It reminds us that the answers we seek are often already present beneath the noise.
Because once you have that, everything changes
Where are you in your journey?
I feel something shifting --> For The Soul
I need clarity and direction --> For the Seeker
I am building something and need strategy --> For the Builder
Everything feels connected and I need to see the whole picture --> The Mirror
You’re carrying something that feels difficult to fully name or release.
It shows up internally in your body, emotions, and inner patterns.
This is a space for internal clearing, reconnection, and emotional alignment.
So you can return to yourself with more clarity and ease.
For the Soul
You’re in a transitional space where something is shifting, but the direction is not yet fully clear.
You’re not stuck just you’re becoming aware of what’s next.
This is a space for clarity, direction, and grounded decision-making.
So you can move forward with trust instead of uncertainty.
For the Seeker

For the Builder
You're already in motion.
You are actively creating something real in the external world.
But you’re noticing friction in consistency, structure, or growth.
This is a space for strategy, execution, and identity alignment within your work.
So what you’re building becomes sustainable and aligned.
You’re noticing the same patterns repeating across different areas of your life or work.
Even with clarity and effort, certain cycles continue to show up.
This is a space for pattern recognition and interruption across your inner and outer experience.
So the loops you’ve been living inside can finally shift.
